About Us (Me?)
Lifelong collector…lifelong as in 50 years of collecting. Mostly vinyl records, some cassettes and occasionally CD’s. I started selling seriously about 4 years ago when Covid hit. I did an assessment and realized that my kids didn’t want to deal with my collection and started to sell some things. The shop started to do well, I started to list more, buy more, and expand my own collection dramatically in the past 5 years…so much for downsizing. I sell exclusively online, mostly on Etsy and Discogs and will never push selling on this page.
My collecting started with a 45, they’re still my vice.
Why A Blog
I’m old school and prefer to write over doing videos. I may include some How-To Videos in some of the blogs, we’ll see. I wanted to have a platform to share information about collecting, what to collect, how to maintain the collection, and other pertinent information about collecting. Feel free to ask questions and make suggestions (Or Corrections).
Every album has a story or a reason that it’s in a collection.
